An elegantly simplistic pattern with a five branched aspect to a variation of a trefoil design, this lovely white vintage Nottingham, fine gauge, 10 point cotton lace fabric incorporates the more traditional trefoil to the scalloped edges. This pattern originates from around 1910, the lace being made on original Victorian looms in Scotland.
The overall width of this beautiful lace fabric is 13" (33cm) making it perfect for use as a table runner, sidelight curtain, wedding venue chair sashes, nursery awning, drapes or even a valance for a 4 poster bed!

This delightful, genuine, UNUSED vintage Nottingham Cotton lace is from a batch of old stock bought directly from the mill which manufactured lace for Laura Ashley in Great Britain. Therefore the provenance of this lace is known, however, supply is limited. It is advisable to purchase sufficient quantities to complete your project in one transaction as further supplies will not be available when stock is exhausted. Total stock has been listed.
